In Doha, ADMC is taking part in the building of the new South Terminal Pumping Station.

The DS-TPS will lift and transfer raw sewage collected from IDRIS Main Trunk Sewer (under construction) to the existing inlet works of the Doha South Sewage Treatment Works. The DS-TPS will treat odor generated from upstream lateral inspector sewer and Main trunk sewer as well as the new coarse screen shaft.  The physical works will include the following structures: Coarse screen shaft and connection tunnel to the pumping shaft, terminal pumping station, control building, odor control facility, standby generator fuel store, HV/LV switch-gear MCC, transformers, fire protection facilities, equipment lifting facilities

ADMC was hired by ZUBLIN-STRABAG, the main project contractor, to perform the reinforcement installation for the Terminal Pump Station Shaft to a depth of 50 m below the existing ground level and a diameter of approx. 37 m with a future peak pumping capacity of approx. 5,903 l/s. Also part of ADMC scope of work are the steel fixing works for all other structures in the project, which include an upstream screen shaft with a similar depth and a diameter of 24 m, as well as ancillary buildings and facilities.
