A major infrastructure project and soon to become part of Cebu’s iconic landmarks, the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) will connect mainland Cebu from Cebu City to Cordova town in Mactan Island.
ADMC was hired by Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (ACCIONA, First Balfour and DMCI).
The West Section Package was awarded in October 2019.
The Main Bridge Package was awarded in February 2020.
This Project is one of the largest integrated drainage tunnels in the region. The Dubai Deep Tunnel Storm Water System will drain 40% of the entire urban area of the city. It will serve the whole of Dubai South, which is home to Dubai’s new airport and the EXPO 2020. ADMC was hired by ARCHIRODON Construction.
The project was awarded in May 2019.
The Project consists of a 15km-long line, of which 11.8km is above ground and 3.2km underground, and an interchange on the Red Line at Nakheel Harbour and Tower. The extension of the metro will have seven stations including the Nakheel Harbour interchange and the flagship metro station at the Expo exhibition site. It is a project of great technical complexity, including 3.2km of tunnel drilled by a tunnel boring machine, a 1.2km open section and nearly 11.8km of elevated track. ADMC was hired by Expolink construction consortium (Alstom, ACCIONA and Gulemark).
Several packages were awarded starting from July 2017.
The Lusail Development Construction Package 4 Highways project forms a major part of the New Lusail City Program, a new important urban growth corridor that expands north of the capital Doha.
The two-year contract involved building two sections of connecting road, south to north and east to west, for a total length of 5.2km with six lanes. The package also includes building four underpasses and a bridge. The large volume of work had to be executed over a very tight schedule and was expected to satisfy the milestones of important and often unexpected international and national events.

The project was awarded in May 2013.
An Olympic multi-purpose hall for handball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, rhythmic gymnastics, and international ice rink sports.
The building has 1 basement and 4 floors above ground plus catwalk floors with a free height of 34m and a free span opening of 105m. The building comprises 45,200 m3 concrete and 2,300 tons of steel structure at the roof level.

Musheireb is the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project. Strategically located adjacent to the historical Al Kahraba Street and extends to Musheireb Street. 31-hectares (310,000 m2) mixed-use development situated in the center of the city with more than 100 buildings comprised of retail, offices, apartments, amenities, urban spa, daycare center and hotels.
The Phase 3 project involves the construction of 14 buildings each comprising of 22 floors with four basement levels offering 2,200 parking spaces.
ADMC was hired by Obayashi-HBK Joint Venture.
